BizzBee Solutions is looking for Senior Sales Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, training, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Achieve growth and exceed sales targets by successfully managing and leading the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans derived from the strategic business plan
• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Pursue new sales opportunities and follow-up calls/meetings
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue
• Present sales, revenue, KPIs and realistic forecasts to the management team
Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager (B2B)
• Demonstrated and proven sales results – ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions
• Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects; experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
• Optional – relevant international sales experience in online environment or business consulting services
