We built the Upwork bidding channel for a product designer in Ukraine.

Yurii Klymenko is a product designer in Zhytomyr, Ukraine. He works under the brand WinSoft and takes on product design, UX, UI and Webflow work.

The intro call was on 16 January 2024. The work was the planning package for his own marketplace channel: his Upwork profile, the WinSoft agency profile, the cover letters and the filter analysis.

Most of it was filtering. More than fourteen thousand open job ads came down to around two thousand worth bidding on, using criteria that included a floor on the client’s rate, and we raised that floor further where the supply of jobs allowed it. A bidding channel lives or dies on what you decline.
