Our team was engaged by iTransform365, a French software company in Valbonne, on a full-time-equivalent basis in June 2024.

iTransform365 sells what it calls transformation intelligence. The platform connects strategy, execution and value tracking in one system, and the company says it has been used by more than 300 organizations in over 12 countries.

The AIZO Suite has two products. AIZOPlan structures the strategic portfolio, organizes the programmes and tracks the deliverables. AIZO Advisor reads the data and makes the recommendations. The company works at 1047 Route des Dolines in Valbonne.

Full-time-equivalent means a dedicated bee working inside the client’s own process rather than to a fixed campaign.
