We ran the outreach for a French company that builds data tools for construction and real estate.
SeveUp was founded in 2018 by Julian Bringold and Julien Mercier. It calls itself neither a software publisher nor a consultancy but a workshop: people who came out of the construction field and build the piece that is missing from a client’s actual situation, working next to their teams, with a measurable result in four to eight weeks.
The work sits in the gap between the raw data a project produces and the decisions people have to make with it: production tracking on site, BIM quality control, energy performance and RE2020 reporting, asset and portfolio data, and regulatory compliance. Its client logos include Bouygues, EDF, Icade, Vinci, Suez and SNCF.
The target list was built from industry rankings of the largest construction firms and from European company registers, and covered major construction companies and developers. The market is the companies that build and resell buildings.
For every company the research recorded the type, city, region, postal code, employee count, annual revenue, time zone, description and LinkedIn company page, plus one custom field of their own: whether the company was French based. One set of messages was written for VivaTech, the Paris technology show.
The work covered two separate engagements.
