The client organizes events during the Holocaust memorial month in Israel. For their in-house needs, they have developed a CRM system. This system mediates between event hosts and lecturers that attend these events.
Since other entrepreneurs wanted to use this CRM system in their companies, the client had an idea of starting a new business and offer the system as a separate product.
Our job was to conduct a Global Market Research and determine whether this business idea is actually feasible. We looked at the potential market to see who would benefit from this product. Also, we researched the direct and indirect competitors to see if there is already a similar solution on the market. After an extensive research of the industry, we were able to see if there is a business opportunity in this industry
