CSM Group, a construction services company, had a list of top 10 potential clients. They needed market research for executive client review along with an executive report for each of them. This was for the purpose of determining the size of the potential market and to make the right decisions. The document was to present to the executive board.
After an extensive analysis of each client, we created 2-page reports on 10 different companies. The report covered company locations, leads, history information, parent/subsidiary information, number of employees, last 3 years financial records, main products and brands, mission/vision and values, market information, and other data that could help the executive team make a better decision.
