CSM Group, a construction services company, had a list of top 10 potential clients. They needed market research for executive client review along with an executive report for each of them. That was to determine the size of the potential market and make the right decisions. They needed the document for it to presented to the executive board.
During an extensive analysis for each client, our bees’ created 2-page reports for ten different companies. As a summary, the Market Research report for Client review covered a lot of information. Part of the data were company locations, leads, history information, parent/subsidiary information, and the number of employees. As well as, the last three years of financial records, main products and brands, mission/vision and values, market information, and other needed information. Shortly, everything that could help the executive team make a better decision.
