Our team ran market research for a water treatment company in Sydney.
Infinite Water treats water that ordinary methods struggle with. The company sits at Seven Hills in New South Wales and works across municipal, industrial and commercial water, with its patented Hydroxon technology and advanced oxidation processes at the centre of what it sells.
The systems handle heavy metals, PFAS, pesticides, giardia, amoeba and natural organic matter, and the case studies run through mining, dairy, packaging, landfill leachate and municipal supply. The technology has been put through third party trials, including work with UNSW and Sydney Water.
Our job was the market around the technology. We researched the industrial laundering industry, first in Australia and then internationally: who the operators are, how the market is put together, and where a water treatment supplier fits into it. A later round of research covered water treatment vending machines. The reports reached beyond Australia into Europe and the United Kingdom.
The work ran from May 2021 to September 2022.
