We did the market research behind a shopping mall development in Kavadarci, North Macedonia.

The client was Z Transportation, a freight company in Lincoln Park, New Jersey, owned by Trajce Ristovski. It runs truckload freight, expedited service and high-value transport, around the clock.

The research covered the retail and the residential demand: who the catchment population is and what they would rent, from one-bedroom units for young singles starting out to split two-master-bedroom roommate layouts. We also looked at how a modern mall reaches those customers, with location-based marketing and targeted offers.

The research went through eight versions as the concept was refined.
