We ran a LinkedIn outreach campaign for a data destruction manufacturer in Florida.
Phiston Technologies designs, engineers and manufactures end-of-life media destruction devices. Its machines destroy hard drives, SSDs and other storage media so nothing on them can be recovered: crushers, disintegrators and degaussers, several of them on the NSA listed devices roster. The company works out of 9904 Premier Parkway in Miramar, Florida.
The product range runs from a compact HDD destroyer that sits on a desk to rackmount sanitizers built into a server rack and high throughput disintegrators for large volumes. Phiston also runs a mobile destruction service and publishes the destruction standards its equipment meets, which is what its customers need when they have to prove an old drive is gone.
We worked on a dedicated basis, with a bee inside their process. Phiston already had a lead mining spreadsheet with a good representation of who they sell to, so the ICP work started from real examples of the target group rather than from a blank filter. The personas came out of that file.
The geography was the USA. We started with the large tech companies and set the data centers in the USA as the expansion once the first segment was covered. The campaign identified the companies first and then the right roles inside them. Alongside the research we delivered two sets of outreach messages, the email sequences, a pain points document for the data center segment, the target job titles list and the LinkedIn profile work for Shahrouz Ebadian, the company’s CIO.
The engagement ran from August 2023 to June 2024, across both years.
