BlackWood runs Oscar Karem Consulting and FIMAG. Oscar Karem is the founder, and he describes himself as a growth expert, entrepreneur and consultant. By his own account he has fifteen years in M&A, has run over 1,000 seminars, has looked at more than 5,000 companies and has closed more than 1,000 acquisitions.

The consulting side sells company purchases, business optimization, financial advisory and seminars. FIMAG is the finance side, which he runs with Paul Hoppe under the line Vom Finanzchaos zum Wachstum. The offices are in Vienna and Nuremberg.

We worked on a full-time-equivalent basis across both businesses. We delivered the outreach strategy, the message sequences, the LinkedIn cover design and a company page optimization written in German rather than translated into it.

The targeting went to the highest general decision-making roles. Real estate was the first industry, with construction next and room to expand into whatever else Oscar Karem Consulting and FIMAG were selling into. The geography was the DACH region, so Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
