We ran a dedicated outreach campaign for a recruitment agency in the United Kingdom.

Heilsa Recruitment is a specialist agency covering IT, fintech, finance and accounting, banking, life sciences and AI. Vassilis Georgiou runs it, and in 2023 the company billed from Waltham Abbey in Essex. Today it places talent in financial services, law and compliance, technology and iGaming, with Cyprus as its home market.

Heilsa sells on being specialist rather than general. Shortlists run to three to five CVs, candidates come through the founder’s own network, and the agency describes what it does as recruitment without the noise.

Recruitment is a two-sided market, and the agency was already working its own candidate side. Our half was the companies doing the hiring. The target markets were Portugal, Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States and Dubai, across employers in recruitment, fintech, accounting, banking, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, software and automotive.

A dedicated bee worked inside their process from November 2023 to April 2024, writing the email sequences and the B2B lead lists, optimising the agency’s own Upwork profile and proposals, and putting the standard operating procedure and the outreach report in place.
