The firm works on business transformation, interim leadership, and acquisitions and integrations, and puts numbers on what it aims at: more than 20% off operating cost, on-time delivery and product quality both above 99%. Dan Burgos founded it and runs the work out of Dallas and Fort Worth.

Their own case studies read the same way. One manufacturer moved on-time delivery up by more than 40% and cut scrap by 70% within months. Another reports a 53% drop in customer complaints over a year.
