Our team ran LinkedIn outreach for Fit4Privacy, a privacy and AI governance consultancy in Belgium.
Fit4Privacy provides global training and consultancy in AI governance, data privacy and responsible sourcing, aligned with EU regulation and ISO standards. The firm will also take the roles themselves, acting as a client’s AI officer, Data Protection Officer, EU representative, privacy advisor or sourcing advisor, full time or part time.
The work comes in four parts. Advisory turns GDPR, ISO 27701, ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act into strategy, roadmaps and plans. Awareness is department-specific training, quiz based, such as scenario sessions for procurement people on third-party contracts and data risk. Action is the implementation: policies, risk treatment plans, processes, documentation and controls. Assurance is the checking afterwards, through assessments, gap analyses and readiness reviews. The clients are healthcare and technology companies across the US, UK and EU.
Our team worked on a full-time-equivalent basis, covering the outreach and the brand assets that carried it. The targeting went to Chief Information Security Officers, the role that owns an organization’s information and data protection and therefore owns the decision to bring in outside compliance expertise.
The first geography was the United States, and the outreach also ran across Europe and the UK. Alongside the message sequences and the ICP research, our team optimized the LinkedIn profiles and the Upwork profile, and built campaigns around GDPR day.
The work ran from July 2024 to June 2025.
