We crafted a LinkedIn outreach campaign for Ignite Business Leadership, Bruce Ross’s leadership and executive coaching practice in New Zealand.

Bruce coaches business owners and leaders, trains their teams and speaks, on his own leadership development methodology for the private and the public sector. The premise is that leaders deal in energy, so the coaching goes after the leaks and the reserves rather than the technique, and the practice sells it as “Lead Better, Live Bigger”.

Our team ran his LinkedIn outreach under a signed service agreement. The message sequence went through four versions, with Bruce’s own suggestions written into each round.

The targeting went to business owners, senior executives and the C-suite, the people who buy coaching for themselves rather than approving it for somebody else. Legal services was the first industry we recommended, and the primary geography was Australia, starting with the Melbourne and Sydney areas.
