We ran a dedicated outreach campaign for a governance, risk and compliance company in the United States.

GRC Knight is Frank Kyazze’s company, billed from New Orleans, Louisiana. It works on the compliance frameworks a company has to pass before it can sell into regulated markets and to government: FedRAMP, CMMC 2.0, GDPR and ISO 27001.

A dedicated bee worked inside their process from November 2023 to March 2024. Alongside the standing outreach we mapped events as a channel of their own. Cybersecurity and compliance conferences are where a lot of these relationships start, so we sorted them into the physical ones worth travelling to, near New York and across the United States, and the online ones that can be worked from a desk.

The outreach covered the United States and the United Kingdom, in cyber security, government, software, recruitment and energy, out of a target universe of 300,000 companies. We built a list of Department of Defense vendors, wrote the outreach messages with Frank’s own notes on them, rebuilt his LinkedIn profile, and reported on the campaign.
