We ran a LinkedIn outreach campaign for a business services company in Dublin.

XTENSOS is based in Dublin and also keeps offices in Bonn and Cluj-Napoca. When we started working together the company sold three things: learning and development solutions, multilingual business services, and business advisory and consulting.

The work now centres on AI-assisted content with people checking it: technical and marketing content, translation into more than 100 languages, quality assurance and regulatory compliance documentation. The company is certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 17100 and ISO 18587.

We targeted project managers, and where those were thin on the ground, operations decision makers and the highest decision making roles in the company. The industries were translation and localisation, retail e-commerce, and information technology and services.

The geography was the UK and Ireland, and we kept to companies of 1 to 200 employees.

The campaign ran from August 2021 to April 2022.
