We ran a LinkedIn outreach campaign for a cyber security company in Cyprus.

BeforeCrypt handles ransomware. The company does recovery, removal and prevention, and its incident response runs around the clock: rapid triage, containment, and a controlled return to operations. It also negotiates with attackers, runs cyber risk assessments, trains staff through its Cyber Defense Academy, and sells retainers so a company has the response team on call before it needs one.

BeforeCrypt Ltd is registered at Gladstonos 12-14 in Paphos, Cyprus, and Janos S. Konetschni is the named representative. Its customers are mid-market companies and the insurers who cover them.

The ICP work found the problem before it found the list. The business had been mostly reactive: people called BeforeCrypt in the middle of an attack. The campaign was the route into the other half of that market, protection bought before an attack rather than during one.

We targeted Europe, with the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Italy at the front, in cyber security, law firms and education. The search came to more than 3,000 companies. A bee worked with them half-time from November 2023 to January 2024 on the outreach strategy and reporting, the LinkedIn profile of the company’s principal, and the lead magnets the campaign sent people to.
