The client is a software company that develops solutions for Customer Service teams. They needed a Lead Generation for their software business. Specifically, lead generation for companies with big customer support teams that they can approach and offer their solution.

The process

They were looking for companies in France, UK, Germany, with 100-1000 employees, and use one of the following Customer Support software: Zendesk, Desk.com, Freshdesk, etc. and are within specific industries. Once we shortlisted the company, our job was to identify the decision maker in customer support and their direct contact information. We’ve provided a list of 1014 company prospects.

The Result

Satisfied with the initial work, in January 2017, the client requested an additional 700 companies that matched the same criteria.
