The client is a software company that develops solutions for Customer Service teams. For their need, they requested from our bees to do Lead Generation for their AI-powered SaaS. Specifically, lead Generation for companies with big customer support teams that they can approach and offer their solution.
Our bees’ looked for companies within specific industries in France, UK, and Germany, that have 100-1000 employees, and that use one of the following Customer Support software: Zendesk, Desk.com, Freshdesk, etc. Once we shortlisted the company, our job was to identify the decision-maker in customer support and their direct contact information. We’ve provided a list of 1014 company prospects.
Satisfied with the initial work, in January 2017, the client requested another service for Lead Generation for their AI-powered SaaS company, but this time with an additional 700 companies that matched the same criteria.
