ContractProbe reviews a contract in under sixty seconds and hands back a redlined version, and it can be set to an organisation’s own contracting playbook. It also prepares tender responses. The customers run from general counsel at multinationals to junior lawyers at boutique firms and engineers inside large consultancies, on monthly subscriptions. The company is in Melbourne.

Our work is document-level and exacting. Every request for quotation has a contract behind it, and the job is to find that contract. Often it is not in the RFQ at all but on a separate site, so we capture it there and evidence exactly where it lives.

The work started in 2025 and is still running in 2026.
