We built a lead database for an architectural visualisation studio in Melbourne, Australia.

ArviStudios is a design studio that creates architectural visualisation for property developments. It works with architects, developers, real estate firms and creative agencies across Australia, and its office is in Richmond, an inner suburb of Melbourne.

The studio has been running since 2014. Its work lets a developer show a project before anything is built, which is how projects get sold off the plan.

The brief was a company information list for project marketing. We searched for companies that matched the studio’s criteria and delivered them in two batches, an urban list first and then the full urban and marketing list.

We found 116 leads. The search closed there, because no further companies met the studio’s requirements.
