Up My Nursing Game is the podcast of Annie Fulton. It works through the questions and the pitfalls nurses meet in practice, using interviews with expert guests rather than lectures, on the idea that nursing improves through knowledge sharing and friendly conversation.

A bee worked to their brief on a dedicated basis, and the outreach was guest and partner acquisition rather than sales. The job was to find the clinical specialists and the medical device companies whose experts could hold a useful conversation on air, from continuous hemoglobin monitoring through the rest of the clinical curriculum.

The people we approached were the ones who decide on sponsorship topics, and their titles varied with the type of organization. The United States and Europe were the starting geographies, because that is where most of the comparable organizations sat.
