Our team ran a growth campaign for Omicrongs, a Florida software company.
Omicrongs is the company behind Taskia, a project management tool for teams running complex projects with many moving parts. Its own line is to keep it simple, keep it linked.
Taskia has hierarchical and Gantt views, real-time collaboration spaces, custom permissions, KPI tracking and an AI companion. It is free for individuals, with a Standard tier for small teams and a Premium tier for larger organizations.
Selling a project management tool is a targeting problem before it is a messaging problem. The person who picks the tool changes by company: sometimes operations, sometimes the founder, sometimes a project lead. The ICP work set out to find who that person actually is per company type before any message went out.
We started with construction in the USA, a market where the Sales Navigator filters return more than 190,000 companies, and kept manufacturing and software development for later. Alongside the research we delivered the outreach messages, three lead databases and the LinkedIn profile optimizations.
