We mentored freelancers for a Skopje foundation working on economic development across the Western Balkans.

Impact Foundation calls itself a driver of positive change, facilitation and partnerships for inclusive economic development. It works from Nobelova 11 in Skopje on private sector development, social inclusion, organizational consulting and training, employment skills and policy research.

A large part of that work is aimed at helping digital workers make a living from self-employment. The programs include The Freelance Insider, a video series covering taxation, legal frameworks, career development, mental health and client relations; the Digiwork Community, a mentorship network for freelancers; and the Digital Jobs Initiative.

Dancho Dimkov worked as a mentor in that mentorship program. The engagement started in December 2021, and the student sign-off and the mentor payment were settled in March 2022.

This one is consulting rather than an outreach campaign, and we list it as what it was.
