We did the data enrichment for a nonprofit middle school and educator training center in Atlanta.

The Ron Clark Academy is a nonprofit middle school in southeast Atlanta, Georgia, teaching grades four to eight. Ron Clark and Kim Bearden met in 2000, when Disney named them both Teacher of the Year, and their first class of sixty students started on 4 September 2007.

The Academy is also a demonstration school. Visiting educators watch classes in progress and then take hands-on workshops, and more than 150,000 superintendents, district administrators and teachers have been through the RCA Experience.

We worked on a full-time-equivalent basis through 2024, on data enrichment. That is the unglamorous half of outreach: taking the contact data an institution already holds and making it complete and accurate enough to act on.

The work went through person account templates for educators and students, business account templates for schools and school districts, and several rounds of duplicate cleaning.

The contract was signed in February 2024 and the work was billed monthly through October 2024.
