Our team took on conference lead generation for a manufacturing software company in the United States.
Humble builds AI software for factory operations, aimed at scheduling, quality control and the decisions made on the shop floor. It learns from shop floor data and replaces the manual spreadsheets and side systems a plant accumulates. The company says it is for every factory, from thirty-person job shops to global enterprises. Founder and CEO Radu Spineanu spent months on manufacturing floors before starting it. He previously founded Two Tap, which Honey bought, and 2Performant, Romania’s first affiliate network.
Manufacturing software sells at industry conferences, and a conference is a different job from a standing campaign because the deadline is the event. The brief was attendee intelligence for each selected conference: high-priority attendees and target companies sourced from professional networks, past attendee lists and event apps, then curated into a prospect list with verified contact details and a stated reason each name mattered. The titles were plant managers, directors of operations, VPs of manufacturing and process engineers.
From there came a personalized multi-touch email campaign written for an engineering and operations audience, the replies and follow-ups, and introductory calls and in-person meetings booked at the events themselves. The measure was qualified meetings, not volume.
