The project was a competition analysis for a kitchen accessory manufacturer in Germany.
Our client Fordings – a management consultancy in Product-Lifecycle-Management and a strategic trade partner, reached to us with the intention to offer his marketing and sales consulting services to RÖSLE. Therefore, they needed a competition analysis, so they can do a comparison of their marketing activities, and later on – prepare a pitch based on their strengths and weak points.
As per the agreement, we have prepared a spreadsheet of the top 25 competitors and did a comparison based on the following:
– In-house production
– Product portfolio
– Selling Methods
– Use of Social Media and their activities
– Brand Scraping
– Traction to marketing and later on – Events
– Exhibitions/Tradeshows, and at last,
– Weak points in Marketing
