Winerack is a wine distribution company which plans to import wine from Spain. Their goal is to sell the wine directly to big retail and chain grocery stores in Texas, US.
The client needed our help in order to deliver them a comprehensive Business Plan. The first section was the external analysis where we researched the wine distribution industry the size of the industry, types of wines produced and preferred, wine production demography etc. The wine industry as very intimately correlated with the wine distribution industry also was researched. After, an internal analysis was made that showcased how the business will actually function. SWOT analysis followed, with the purpose of establishing the strengths and weaknesses of the business venture, also showcased the potential threats and opportunities. Finally, a financial plan was made which presented a comprehensive evaluation of a company’s current and future financial health.
