An individual entrepreneur was interested in starting a home automation company located in the North Carolina area. More specifically the business was to focus on the line of NEST products. The client was looking to create and establish an online presence (an e-commerce site), through which he would sell the Nest products and also offer installation of the products as a value-added service.
In order to move forward with this business idea, he needed our Business Plan services. Working in milestones, we analyzed the market and competitions and created an Internal Analysis of the company. Based on the gathered information, we created a SWOT analysis and then moved to a 5-year Financial Plan.
