DE Internacionalno d.o.o had a packaging solution that increased the shelf life of food and thus needed a business plan. They named the packaging invention a xtndpad that increases the shelf life of perishable food.
Furthermore, they were at the sole beginning when they contacted us to create a business plan for their packaging solution. They hadn’t started even the development and commercialization phase of the idea.
We started the business plan by doing a complete external analysis of the global and MENA market. Including specific countries and the opportunities they would offer for our client’s innovative product.
Second, we researched our client’s competitors, companies with a distributor or a subsidiary in the MENA region.
Later, we also did a PEST analysis that showcased the political, economic, social and technological factors that affect the environment.
In the same vein, we did a SWOT analysis and a risk management report.
And last, we included internal information about the company and a Financial plan, using our approach and methodologies.
