The client had an idea to design a social media nightlife mobile app that will collect and provide information about nightlife parties. They needed a thorough Business Plan for the nightlife mobile app. Arguably, the main goal of the app was to be able to view the party options accompanied with detail information for each party. Detail information’s like location, name, entrance fee, user feedback, etc. The application would be initially available on iOS, with a possibility to extend to Android.

The process

We did extensive Market Research on the mobile app segment. We looked at competitors that meet the same need, the industry in general as well as the potential market of the business.

The result

The client was very satisfied with the collected results from the market research. As a result, he asked our bees to build a business plan for their mobile app.
The business plan included an operational plan, a marketing plan as well as a 3-year financial model plan.
