This client from the USA wanted to open an interior design studio, so he requested a Business Plan for their design studio. He also needed a business mentor to help him fine-tune his business idea. This step was to ensure that we include all of the business aspects.

The process and result

We had weekly meetings (mentoring sessions), oriented toward different aspects of the business plan. After each session, we asked the client to reflect on the new information and apply in the business idea. The sessions covered strategic planning, converting strategic plan to an operational level, marketing segmentation, targeting, and position, as well as financial planning sessions. After 11 sessions, the business plan for the design studio was ready. Our client could finally go and pursue his dream.
