Business Plan for Food Ordering System for Takeaways
OrderDirectly, an online takeaway ordering solution needed a Business Plan for food ordering system, to get extra funds from investors. For this mission, we developed a business plan, made a pitch deck and a 1p executive summary.
The business plan for the food ordering system consisted of three parts:
External analysis: We did a sketch of the market and a competitive analysis that combined direct and indirect competitors. As well as a PEST report.
Internal analysis: In this part, we checked several sub-parts. The definition of the Business model, the description of the mission & vision of the company, their Marketing plan, Process Workflow, and Organization’ structure. We also did a SWOT analysis.
Financial model: All the information that we gathered from the different analysis, we presented them in the financial model as the last section from the plan. It combined an income report, a cash flow report, and a break-even outline.
