An entrepreneur wanted to start an Asian restaurant in London and needed a business plan to gain funds from banks. Firstly, we performed an external analysis to get an understanding of the environment in which the restaurant would be operating. Secondly, we performed an overview of our client’s target market and industry, as well as analyzed the competition and the governmental aspects.
Furthermore, we continued with the internal analysis, to structure the restaurant based on requirements, a SWOT analysis, as well as risk assessment. Based on the external and internal analysis, we were able to create a financial model with three years of projections. We completed the business plan for our client’s Asian restaurant by creating a break-even analysis. As well as a cash-flow statement and numerous other financial documents.
Testimonial: “Well organised and thorough with their research. The end product was beyond what was expected and agreed. Excellent and prompt communications throughout. Will definitely engage them again.”
