BizzBee Solutions is on a constant lookout for Business Analysts to join our growing team!

We are a Macedonian start-up established 2016, as a business consulting company. Our 4 main services are: Business Planning, Market Research, Product Sourcing and Lead Generation. Within one year, our business analysts together with other team members have served 100+ clients and grown to 3 offices in Skopje that employed more than 20 people. Therefore, in order to keep up the growth we are always interested in fresh minds to join our team.

Required:

• Exceptional written and accordingly spoken English and Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and solid analytical/critical thinking skills;
• Especially organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work within a deadline driven environment;
• Willing to try new things and working in teams;
• A degree in Economics is desirable, but not mandatory.

Our offer:

• 6 months contract – with an extension possibility;
• Full-time job, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday;
• 20 days annual holiday + all public holidays;
• Starting salary of MKD 12.000 (net).

Job Description:

• Working on various projects and initiatives;
• Responsible for understanding the client target and finding highly targeted companies and direct contact information from decision makers;
• Identify and analyze market opportunities;
• Provide analytics and project management support in order to assist the overall decision making process.
